Traditional Acupuncture
Traditional acupuncture is based on the theory that energy, called Qi æ°”("Chee"), flows through and around the body along pathways called meridians. It inserts very thin needles, at certain points, into the body. This is done to influence the energy flow.

FSN (Fu's Subcutaneous Needling)
FSN was originated from TCM, but the insertion points are different from traditional acupoints. FSN only goes into the subcutaneous layer (between skin and muscle) where collagen fibers are most abundant. It treats different kinds of pain and chronic diseases that are related to muscle tightness. Muscle tightness could cause insufficient blood and oxygen running through the muscles which leads to pain. The FSN technique is to sway the needle between the skin and the muscle. This triggers a response on the connective tissue to help relax the tightened muscle, promote blood flow, and immediately relieve the pain.

Auricular Acupuncture
Auricular acupuncture (commonly referred to as ear acupuncture) is a form of acupuncture which focuses on the ear. Auricular acupuncture is based on a microsystem, where specific points on the ear are used to treat conditions anywhere on the body. These ear points correspond with internal organs, systems, or body parts. Often it is used as a part of a protocol to help overcome drug, alcohol and nicotine addictions and to detoxify the body. Normally ear seeds are used to go with the patient after the in-clinic treatment.

Scalp Acupuncture
Scalp acupuncture is a micro-system acupuncture technique which stimulate the points or areas on the scalp to treating brain related diseases, neurological and psychological conditions. It is one of the modern acupuncture therapies based on the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory, and combined with neurological knowledge.

Chinese Herbs
Chinese herbal medicines are mainly plant based, but some preparations include minerals or animal products. Different herbs have different properties that can balance particular parts of the body. Each herbal prescription is made specifically to fit each individual, based on the practitioner's diagnosis. The prescription normally contains a group of different herbs that work together to reset the balance. Nowadays, herbs are made into granules to make them easier to take.
